To begin your rental, simply submit a booking request through our website or by phone. Our team will confirm availability and answer any questions. Once confirmed, we prepare the vehicle by thoroughly cleaning and detailing it, ensuring it’s ready for your trip.
When you arrive to collect your vehicle, either Brent or David will provide a comprehensive walkthrough. They’ll guide you step-by-step on how to operate the vehicle, including the electronic systems and any accessible features, to ensure you feel completely comfortable.
Pick-up is from our convenient location at 130 Robinson Road, Geebung.
Once you’re on the road, enjoy your rental with peace of mind. If you encounter any issues or have questions during your rental period, our friendly team is just a call away. We are happy to provide any assistance needed, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
At the end of your rental period, return the vehicle to our location. Ensure it’s refueled and in the same condition as when you picked it up.
