It's as easy as making a booking, completing some simple paperwork, and then you're ready to drive away!
Simply choose the vehicle you would like to rent, provide us with your personal and payment information, and sign our rental agreement.
We'll then go through a brief vehicle orientation with you to ensure you feel comfortable and confident driving our vehicle.
You can rent our wheelchair accessible vehicles for as little as one day or for as long as you need. Whether you need a vehicle for a weekend, a week, a month, or longer, we're happy to accommodate your needs.
We offer delivery and pickup services within the Brisbane region, subject to availability. Please call us directly to discuss your options and any associated fees.
All of our vehicles are equipped with either a ‘lifter’ or ‘sloper’ to ensure safe and easy access for wheelchair users. Our vehicles meet Australian Design Rule standards and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) standards.
We have a range of wheelchair accessible vehicles available in different sizes to meet your specific needs. Our fleet is constantly growing, and if we don't have exactly what you're looking for, we may be able to provide a customised solution with advance notice.
Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your rental booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We accept payment by credit card, direct debit (which must clear prior to vehicle pickup), or a refundable bond. Payment must be made in full before you can take possession of the rental vehicle.
The longer you rent, the lower your daily rate will be. We also offer discounted rates for longer-term rentals, up to a monthly rate.
All of our vehicles are insured, but the level of liability coverage you choose will affect the cost of your rental.
We offer a damage waiver that you can purchase to reduce your liability in the event of an accident.
